Intel gets Fined 1.45B $

i think with the HD 4800 series and the newer Phenoms (955) are a good sign that AMD got put in the right direction as of late. Maybe 'theya gotta somtin a cookin up' that can own I7 Extreame?

AMD and Intel Headquarters are only 10-15 minute drives from my house. :p Anyone call for a Ninja?

if i had the resorces id be there with ya, lol.
wish i lived there : /

I would love to be an Elelectronics Field Tech for AMD :)

you dont know unless you work there.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Larrabee_(GPU)

Larrabee will be built into the cpu and there will be intel video cards that work with larrabee. The video card included will have GDDR5 memory, be able to process x86 intruction sets (which basically means, even if you arent playing a video game the cpu will still be able to use the video cards gpu to process other apps) but the problem with the larabee cpu is that the TDP could be up to 300watts..

Considering how much money intel has, im pretty sure they can advance on this idea.

Didn't AMD also attempt something like that? AMD Fusion or something...

Haha, yeah...Silicon Valley woo! :p

I'd hate to be living in California, no offense. The heat is just too much for me and I used to live in India, haha.
