Most fish are. If they don't have enough space they can become very irritated and resort to attacking the other fish. A good sign of this is little or large nips in the fish fins.

Ah I used to. As a kid. Eventually the poor fishies died and I never bought another one after that.

I wish you people wouldn't do that... The gold fish if they live... Will grow MASSIVE because they grow larger depending on there environment. Then they eat the smaller fish.. thus leaving nothing but some huge gold fish in the pond / lake..

Actually its one inch of fish per gallon of water. Rough estimate of course...

Haha I've got two myself Mine are pussies though, I thought they were supposed to be mean.

Also, the 1 in. of fish per gallon thing isn't accurate IMO. It really depends on the kind of fish you have, and should be researched instead of going by this rule.
