So ive been doing some thinking and have come to the point where its time for a new build considering my old bessy is obsolete now.
Heres what ive come up with so far, please if you have any suggestions please let me know! im very open minded.
Im looking at running dual monitors in the future, keeping the 22# for gaming and purchasing a 30-40# monitor for movies so if you guys think new gpu is need let me know! ive been told 2 gx2960 in SLI out perform a single gx2950.. and its $100 cheaper hehe, also planing on doing alot of O/C to GPU's and CPU id like 4ghz from the cpu and maybe 700+ Mhz core clock and 1200+ mhz Memory clock or more if i can get it out hehe. anyway let me know what you guys think im still a novice after all and could use some expert opinion.

Why are you spending so much on the V8, it doesnt do much better than a xiggy dark knight or a scythe mugen 2. Just go water cooling if you want to spend that much on a cpu cooler

Also why do you need a 1000 watt psu? The Corsair 750TX should be enough.

Good call Prodigy. A 750W would be the minimum recommended for a GTX 260 SLI setup. It would be more than enough for a single GTX 295 as they require at lest a 680W PSU. :D

im planning on O/Cing the beast thats why i thought the V8 would be good for the CPU, and i thought it would be good to have a 1000 watt psu for the o/cing aswell. but if 750 watt is enough thats good for my budget too, i also decided to buy the single GTX295.. who knows lol maybe ill SLI the GTX295 one day haha..

also ive recently seen a Acer 24inch 2ms 1080p LCD 244w do you guys think it would be better than the
Samsung 2243BW Widescreen LCD 22inch 5ms Monitor

It does have a better response time, supports full 1080p HD and is bigger. If you can get the Acer at a comparable price to the Samsung, then by all means grab one.
