Haha, nah. I'm selling this one to his roommate. I'm whipping up a contract first. No more verbal agreements. My last customer and I went on a verbal agreement and that went perfectly. He finished up with the last payment today. I made about $150 from him!

Dont bother with court. Sounds like you can get his roomies to play ball on your side of the court so just get them to take the computer for you since its their pad, and give it to you and problem solved. Its like he never had it.
