I don't see any reason not to get 64-bit if your CPU supports it.

This is gonna take a little getting used to.
 
i hate 64bit.. it limits your overclock because of the extra registers your cpu has to calcuate which decreases stabilty.

until software can actually utilize 8gb of ram im staying 32bit

It probably means you weren't stable in the first place.
 
actually when toms hardware did a review on the phenom II 955 there overclock was 200mhz less than on a 32bit OS. and in the conclusion of the review they said almost every chip theyve overclocked behaves the same way on a 64bit os

Speak for yourself. I utilize more than 4GB+ of ram daily.
