It will be fine. The CPU can handle both 32 and 64 bit operations.

on newegg it said 64bit supportd 2 out of the 3 and it took out the 5300 though

I don't know what to say about that. It should work fine with your XP installation as I can't find any info saying otherwise.

so even if my processor supports 64bit its useless sense i dont even have 64 bit right
