Internet Question...

What if Im hooked up using SBC Global DSL and at the same time have WIFI Altell card, could I choose which internet I want to run. I dont want to unplug the DSL because its a work computer, but on downloads I would like to use my Altell air card...If that makes sense....If not say something and Ill explain it better...Thanks

you just need to tell the computer what network to connect to. If you are using xp or vista its very easy to do. Let me know if you dont know how

Start > Control Panel > Network Connections....Right?

Yes, you have to switch between networks under network connections.

Then when you want to download a file, change your network to the card's network.

but can both run simultaneously and just set which you want to run? Example : SBC runs Outlook Express, a work program that must stay connected at all times. Then have the Air Card run Internet? Probably not, that sounds ridiculous when I think about it lol
