Normally, I post around the forums to resolve issues, but today I have some questions...

How tight do you think I can time my OCZ PC2-6400 SLI edition RAM?
It runs at 5-4-4-15-2t now. I've heard of some jumping down to 5-4-4-14-T. Think it's possible, anyone?

You mean 5-4-4-14-1T?

From what I understand, if you are running more than two sticks, you can only run 2T as 1T makes the memory crazy and results in either a very unstable computer or a no boot condition.

right, T indicates 1T, ;p.

I see...well, this is unfortunate. I shall search around a bit more. Thanks for the reply :D

I know that I'm running four sticks and I can't get mine to boot @ 1T.

To tighten the timings, I usually start with the first (Ex: If I'm running 5-5-5-15, I'll go 4-5-5-15, if it's stable, continue the process), and then move on to the others.

I use Prime 95 blend to test for stability.

Thanks! I'll be getting down to some more serious stuff once I actually get the components I need. I'm severely underclocked on my Q9550 at the moment.
