haha not bad. I was expecting something a bit larger and hilarious looking while you write with it but it actually looks not bad. Still though, idk how useful it would be to me.

If you are going to record the audio aswell then what is the need for note? I don't get it

The paper becomes a layout of your notes. So you don't have to listen to the recording, rewind to the part you want or go back to the file that you want. You just Tap the paper with the pen and the pen will play the audio that was recorded when writing that particular note.
