So Alastair Darling's Budget 2009 was a fucking joke. I'm expected to graduate from University next year, join a workforce that doesn't exist and pay taxes I can't afford.
Labour have finally screwed over their last bastion of support by going back on their main election manifesto and taxing the rich (said last bastion) to the hilt and then some. The only good thing to come out of this is that it is more likely than ever that Labour are so badly screwed that winning next year's election is out of the question.
In the meantime, I can't afford to live here anymore. Where's my passport?
