I understand that but I'm curious if the card will be held back by the 1.0 when it can do data at 2.0...see what I'm saying? I know it'll work fine, but a bottleneck or the potential for one is what I'm concerned about. What about this PC upgrade? It costs an extra 3 dollars.

It'll give me 2MB of L3 cache which the first CPU doesn't have any L3, but and it does have the faster hyper transport and it is AM2+. But can I use that faster hyper transport on the motherboard I have listed? I mean, I know it'll work, but will I notice a speed increase? Or do I need a better motherboard for that, and with this new CPU can I get DDR2 1066 RAM? Can I get it on my current motherboard I have listed? (I know that the DDR2 1066 will work on this motherboard but will it give me the speed boost over DDR2 800 or will it just run at 800 speed?)
