nothings done to the wiis firmware so bricking im pretty sure is impossible
all that happens is u install a 3rd party channel into the system mem

Like the homebrew channel?
the creators just pointed the bricking information out so nobody would blame them when something happens.

im not sure if i understand what brick means,

brick pretty means that your Firmware got messed up, and no longer can operate, so its nothing more than a brick/paperweight. But I think a wii is more of a cinder block. Brick is more often referred to the PSP because of the CFW.

Dont worry about the brick thing on the wii, since you arent doing any hard mods to it.

bricking is when you screw up the firmware and the object is disabled hardware's fine but software's all met up

Well i thought i'd let you all know i finally did it! It works great homebrew channel is on there! I got it to work for what i intended it to do
