I made multiple accounts on Pokerstars, and I was just wondering what could they possibly use to track you? If I try to log in on my main computer account and try to create an account or log in to an account I used to have it says Internal Error 109/1001. I even asked my friend to make an account it worked for him and i tried to log in after he logged off i got the same error. anyone know how to fix this issue?

I tried trying my IP that doesnt work any ideas guys

i just want to make one account and play and also if possible is there a way to get one of my accounts back(I had money on it), i doubt it though

well someone please advise me on what to do

is it possible they leave spyware or something i ran many scanners but nothing

even malwarebytes didnt find anything

or they are tracing me with another method

i tried to use a different email different account info and still the same result

they have a block on your IP address... The only way you are going to get your money back is by emailing them and explaining why you had multiple accounts. But they are most likely going to tell you that it is in the rules that you checked I agree to when you signed up your account. They may refund your money or unban one of your accounts unless they found evidence that you were using the accounts in the same table. Which im sure you know is a BIG no no. And just to let you know if they see you trying to log on to an account with an account made by your friend he may also get banned as well. Just to let ya know if you value your friendship i would leave your friends out of this before they get banned too.... BanHammers suck but if you break the rules they will Slam it down on ya

Best advice is go to Full Tilt and FOLLOW THE RULES...

Or to ask your ISP for a block of IP's and set a WAN IP to each computer in your house...

... Or you could just play by the rules :D

i need something i can do and that would be free and my friend doesnt play on it i just asked him to do it and he said yes

i ran hijack and this is what i got but i dont know what to remove

how would pokerstars know my new IP address unless they left some sypware or a problem in the registry i dont know alot about this stuff so this is why i asked

they dont need anything on your computer to know your IP address. It is provided to them when you are trying to access their servers. Unless you have your IP address blocked.
