interesting fact is that i could get 6.7GHz if i left it at that freq
Tell me that's a typo, if you've set that frequency with your Vcore on auto I shudder to think what voltage your cpu was subjected to.

2. Set all voltages manually. If left on auto, the motherboard will try to determine voltages for the set frequency itself, which it's not very good at (probably the cause of your instability).

2. Critical advice, never oc with "Auto" settings for voltage, this usually results in the board overvolting components, in a worst case scenario this can lead to burn out of the component (cpu, memory) and/or the board power regulators

You should re-enable CPU thermal control, disable C1E until your oc is stable then re-enable it, unless you run VM ware (virtual machine) you don't need Virtualisation Technology.

Set your voltages to the levels worshipme has posted and see if it will boot

im working on it
i noticed that in my bios some of the settings are green or red
the 'green line' for my vcore starts at 1.375V
do you think i should try that or what?
so far nothing has worked i was up to 1.3V before i passed out on my desk
now my head has a weird mark on it and it hurts :(

I'm very surprised that it wasn't running stable at 3GHz without manual changes to the voltage. Take the voltages off auto for sure like the others suggested.

then i will try to us FF and then it reboots

So you have Vcore at 1.3V in the BIOS right now and it's rebooting in Prime?
Before you increase the NB voltage (which I actually don't think is the problem since the FSB isn't very high at all), could you take a screenshot of CPU-Z whilst Prime is running?

right now my VCore is at 1.31250V
and how long will Prime95 run on a small test?

okay this thing still aint stable
when im looking at the optional VCore voltages to choose from
the numbers are gray right now
but if i scroll up to 1.375V its green
and if i got higher the numbers are red
should i keep working my way up to 1.375 V and see what happens?
 
OK, leave it running until you're satisfied it's stable. I usually let it run for 6-8 hours until I'm happy, but 4 should be more than enough.

It looks like your board has a fair bit of Vdroop since I read 1.232V in CPU-Z and you have 1.3125V set in the BIOS. This is nothing to worry about if you just want 3GHz.
