New System!

Looks good.

I would spend a little more time looking at cases tho. Yes the 900 is nice, but be sure to look carefully when you want to buy a case. I have the 1200 and yes...its nice...but i don't like it anymore LOL...and now when I browse the web...i've found dozens of cases i'd rather have bought.

nice build anyhow.

I'm a bit of a newbie with the HD 4850 vs the 9800 GTX+.. though I heard the 9800 GTX+ cards outperform ATI.

Is this true, or biased information? - Time to see some benchmarks... but I'm looking for experience. ;-)

careful how you say that. Nvidia and ATI are different in their own special ways.

I myself use Nvidia...i guess you could say i am a fan boy...mind you i wouldn't mind getting an ATI 4870 one day....cause they are nice cards.

Its all preference really....like i love my 9800GTX+'s....in SLI...the performance is unbelievable!

This one is an upgrade of my current case pick... - For some reason, I've always been a fan of ATX full cases, over mid. More cable management, and more space for my cards.. since the video cards are quite larger than they were 3 years ago. ;-p

I am a fan of Antec cases, but I feel that case of theirs is expensive and ugly...buy it's an opinion.

Agreed! price to performance the ATi does better. If you base just on performance then Nvidia will come out, but again cost you more.

A lot of people are leaning towards the 4870...very nice card performs excellent and is cheaper then it's comparable nvidia card.
ATI has had issues with updating their drivers frequently in the past.
ATM - if I were buying NOW, I would opt for the 4870!

Depends on who you ask. They're pretty much equal looking at it from an unbiased perspective.

If you really want a lot of space and don't mind spending some money, get this.

I got it a few days ago. It's unbelievably nice. It has lots of space with plenty of fans and great cable management.

I personally prefer Nvidia because of EVGA. I love their 24/7 tech support and 90 day step up program. This isn't an EVGA card, but it's fantastic for the price and only cost a little more than the 9800GTX+, but it blows that card out of the water.

or for another $20 and a better manufacturer you could get this one which would blow the 9800 outta the water, and even beat the 260 above!

IF it was me, I just picked out the 902 case, I would go for another Antec build again. Why, personally I like the old fashion usage of screwing the devices in rather than have an annoying (personally for me) no tools needed bracket that is more difficult to clip in place.

Admittedly, I would have liked Antec to implement a motherboard tray. That would be a big help.
