That really doesn't matter, the server just relays information between the players, it doesn't really have anything to do with the graphics. It hosts the game. The graphics rely entirely on your personal system.

Crappy computer, no. Bad ping, maybe. Usually one person's high ping isn't enough to drag a whole server down. It really does depend on the server though.

i would be playing titan quest and someone would come in with 1200 ping and like 2 other people would (i guess wireless connection) and they would lag the crap out of my pc

Dude, it's a great cooler, haha. It barely beats out the Xigmatek HDT S1283 and the True 120 by tenths of a degree. You got a beast of a cooler and some great thermal paste.
