Server issues

Have spotted a selection of server issues that seem to be linked to the servers time, it's pushing some posts to the top of threads as it did before once. Wanted to briefly report this. See Chit Chat thread for what i'm talking about.

Plus at the bottom is says the time in GMT +1 (+1 because of DST) is 2.08 AM. But im i'n the UK, 51 miles south of Greenwich Mean and it's clearly 19.22
