The acrylic case would work fine. It's a mid tower which is more than capable of holding your mATX motherboard and all your components. All the clear acrylic cases I've seen mount the drives the same way, front to rear.

They even make an acrylic power supply: Logisys 550W 12CM LED Acrylic Computer Power Supply,


You could get a NZXT case. They have some flash and mount the drive in the position you like:

i dont like how the hard drives woudlnt be facing you they are facing back instead of like in my case where they are facing towards me

You wont need a full tower case. Them things are pretty darn big. A mid tower case like the ones that have been posted offer plenty of room and great cooling for your system.
