Yea Blizz pretty much think they are the government of the world and all shall bow down to them. Being a WoW player, I find that Blizz constantly oversteps their bounds, so to speak.
I'm not a law major, but I find it hard to believe that if you bought a box copy of the game that they could do anything regardless of the server you play on.
I hardly find the EULA legally binding as 12 year old (and probably younger) agree to it and they cannot be bound to contracts. That being said if you are 18+ that doesnt really apply.
