highly annoying continous beep

it wont stop
it says that it cant find my floppy disk
which i dont have one
it also gives me an option to continue with the install
i think
so should i just keep on going
or did i mess up somewhere?

i have 2 120mm fans running all the time
and 4 80mm on a fan controller
running at max
that still didnt stop the sound

after almost an hour of listening to it
and trying to install vista
i shut it down via PSU
now i have a DVD that is SATA
and my copy of vista is on a DVD
so when i pulled it out of my DVD burner
and pushed the tray back into the drive
it made that sound and the LEDs in my fan controller slightly activated
could i have put too much on one loop from my PSU?

also in the BIOS
it says FLOPPY DISK(S) FAILURE (40)
wtf does that mean?

anyone have any idea?
