ive installed all of the hardware
and wired it all up
ive never installed an OS or anything like that before
so after i install it on my HDD
is there any order that i should install the drivers?
like my chipset first
then my vid cards
then my sound card
ect
or does it even matter?
thanks for the help

Like rohan23 said it doesnt really matter.

I always install the network card driver first so I can connect to the internet and get all the other drivers straight to the PC rather then getting the drivers from another pc, putting them on USB stick and then taking over to your new build PC. If you have all the drivers on CD then this doesnt matter.

I really wouldn't recommend using the CD's for drivers. They are usually outdated and won't be fully optimized. Do what Matt said and install the network drivers first and get everything off of the websites.

Just make sure you're firewall is up before you do that. Some OS' don't automatically enable the firewall.
