Has anyone every installed a network card to find there computer doesnt boot afterwards?
I installed a used NIC into on of my computers and then the computer would not boot, no lights, not fans, no nothing, at first I thought the power supply had died but when I took out the NIC the computer booted up fine.
I've been doing IT a while and never seen this, has anyone else? if so did you find out how to sort it or was it just a bad NIC.
