Thanks to everyone who replied with their help.
I finally got the problem sorted.
The CPU was overheating and causing the computer to crash. it was running at 71 degrees :O.. After a bit of cleaning up and sorting out we had it running at 30 which sorted it right out. Running smoothly now.
