Looking for software to control customers and payments...

Hey, i run a web design website, and we also host peoples websites.

Is there a peice of software out there that i can use that will allow me to insert information about each customer and also make it so it will alert me if their payment is due for hosting and things like that.

I don't mind having to pay for the software.

Have you ever used Microsoft Access? With access you could create your own customer database with customer info plus lots more.. However i don't know if you can set up an alert system with access. Maybe another member knows more about this. Also Open Office Database is quite similar to Microsoft Access except it's free.
