Whats a good VGA Cooler?

Hello,

My brothers Vid card is currently overheating like Crazy!!! He gat 2nd monitor the other day a 24" and his temps in game (wow) get to about 95c at 90% fan speed.

I think the best way for him to get his temps down is to get a good VGA cooler, what would u guys suggest? (plz use newegg if posseble)

His vid card is 8800 GT

That temp isn't horrible. Most cards can easy go to 100C+.
