Can anybody register an account on Iccup?

Been trying for the last two days. Filled out all the information and clicked register, but it just says done on the bottom left. Nothing happens when clicking register.

Tried it on three different computers, two at my house and one at my friends

I need a new acc, forgot old one. If it works for anybody it would be nice if you can help me make one.
