Bootup question

Is this a multi boot setup were dealing with?

yes, I have vista, win 7 and Xp on my HD's. Win 7 on 1 HD and the other 2 OS's on 2 different partitions on a second HD.

I'm not well versed with multi-boot setups. My best guess is that it's looking for the correct boot drive/install.
