Temperature?

I looked at my temperature for my CPU and my Mobo and found:

CPU temp is at 57*C and the Mobo temp is at 37*C.

Can anybody recommend anything to get that CPU temp down a bit?

There should be programs that make your fans spin faster...if they already aren't...

You know any of them off hand? I have 2 250 MM fans (one in the front and one on the side of the case), a stock heatsink, a mini fan on the chipset, and fan on the powersupply, and a 120 mm fan sucking the air out of the cpu pushing it out.

What type of CPU do you have?
What are the specs of your Computer?
Have you checked the temps before and now all of the sudden they are like that?
Is that at start up or were you using it under load for a while prior to taking the temps?

what are your full system specs and is it a laptop or desktop
is it 57 on full load or idle

It is in a desktop, have a superclocked 512 MB Nividia geforce 9800 GT with 8 GB of total ram, core 2 duo E8500 at 3.16 GH processor , 750 GB harddrive.

This was the first time I had ever checked the temps since I just found out how to do it.

Have had the computer on for a while but wasnt running anything when I looked.

Sorry, pretty newbish when it comes to computers here, this was my first build.

You could get an aftermarket fan cooler if you wanted which would be smart. That seems hot considering all the fans you have already.
