Motherboard recommendations/suggestions/comments

Hey, I'm just about to finish my shopping list for parts to build my first build. I am seriously considering, after much deliberation and thought, this board: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131359

I would like your comments/suggestions on this/other board(s).

I am still considering: other Asus boards, Gigabyte, EVGA, and maybe a few others.

Nothing wrong with that board. Very nice features and Asus quality. Great choice. Is this being paired with the i7 920 as mentioned in your other thread?

Yeah, I'm excited. This is going to be my first build. I appreciate your comments btw. I got the antec 902 case too . Right now, I've spent $791

without OS and mobo of course

If you need a free OS solution for right now to get you by, you would download and install Windows7 Beta (it's only offered for a short while and is being dropped in August so they can make money on the real one ). Just a suggestion I thought I'd through your way. Looks like an amazing build

I'm not sure. Google it. It's on the MS website. Just don't forget to sign up to get the serial and you have to use it within 30 days!
