Computer wont read videocard

I have a ATI 4670 that I have been using for a few months now. Just yesterday my computer did an update and rebooted. When Windows came back up my monitor was still blank. I plugged my monitor into the onboard and it worked fine. I tried to uninstall/reinstall the 4670 but the computer wont even read it as new hardware found. I have my onboard video disabled. In Bios I have PCIE set to primary. Currently I have an old ati 9250 sitting in a PCI slot and it seems to be working fine. I wish I had another PCIE card to test. Anyways, just wondering if anyone had any suggestions to fix this problem.

Thanks.

::Edit:: The fan on the 4670 spins but that's about it / 450w psu

Update: Just bought a another 4670 but computer still wont read it. Starting to think my PCI-E slot is dead :( .

May try to exchange for a better PCI card tomorrow meh..

Just tried a system restore, still nothing >.<
