how much is that GPU? I searched it on Newegg and got like $300-400 on it...if your gonna play WoW your GPU doesn't need to be that expensive...ever considered going with Intel?

The Q6600 is about the best overclocker you can get for the price. Other than that, the Q8200 and Q8300, I've heard don't overclock as good as the Q6600, but have a 1333MHz FSB (the Q6600 only has 1066).

The 9800GTX+ is a really good deal right now, and although you don't need all that power, it'll last you a long time. You can get it for around $120 after rebates:

Cheaper than the 4850, and performs better in most cases.

I'd either choose that or the 4830, but I just wanted to give you an nVidia alternative.

And get the 1066 Mhz memory

Phenom II BEs are some of the best OC'ers available right now. Better than the Q6600 by a long shot.

TBH, I would stick with the HD 4850 as 790GXs are Crossfire capable and it would give you an easy upgrade path for the future.
