I got some videos on my friends PC that I want to transfer over to my laptop, but I dont have a USB cord or a flash/thumb drive...Do I have any options here?

Thanks!

Well there is only 1 internet cord and thats either hooked up to the PC or it can be hooked up to the laptop. Is there no way you can burn it as data on some program?

Why can't you connect the PC to the laptop using the ethernet cord? Then you could directly transfer the files.

You could use a proggy like Nero to burn them to a CD or DVD.

Well his PC doesnt have a DVD burner so we was goin to move them to my laptop... So I was wondering if I could just burn them as data and then transfer it to my laptop like that...

So if i just plugged a Ethernet cord between them it would work like that? You wouldnt have to jack with any kind of settings or anything?

If his computer has a CD burner, you could use any type of CD-R or CD-RW to burn the files as "data" to.

In a nutshell you just start up Nero or Nero Express, select "Data CD" add your files and off you go.

Here's a nifty burner that's free to use: CDBurnerXP
