You could TRY eBay for a replacement mobo for that lappy, but odds are you won't find one. The HDD, optical drive, and RAM should hopefully still be okay...but you'll have to test them individually, I suppose.

like i said before.. get some loctite 7063, clean all the boards thoroughly, and see.. if theres still gunk in there, it can still be shorting legs, and causing it to fail.. give all the boards a clean with some loctite, and give it a go.. loctite is a brilliant solvent, and if there is any gunk, it will clean it nicely..
