damn a whole pc id want to sell all that crap!!!

i put stuff on ebay but it never sells!!!!

Depending on who's looking for a computer, you might be able to get more than that out of it. IDK how much, but I always start off a tad high and say best offer...usually people are satisfied if you deal with them down $50 or so...

Here's 4GB of G.Skill.

okay i submitted my step up request today to eVGA I want to go from an evga 9800GT 512MB to an EVGA GTX 260 869MB the dumb question is is the gtx 260 better and faster? is it an improvement? will it really be worth it? or should i stick with my 9800GT?

the gtx 260 is this one

I want to see if i can find some gaming benchmarks for this processor n stuff

Thanks dude!

The GTX 260 blows the 9800 out of the water. You're mostly probably going to get the 55nm versions. Make sure you get the Core 216 edition.

if you got the money, do the upgrade for the gtx260 and get the cpu- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103249
board- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128379
ram- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231144
(id get 4 gigs)

if you don't wanna spend that much, i'd just not do the step up and get the cpu, board, and ram that dude recommended. 9800gt will still play most games well. new cpu/mobo/ram should last u awhile.

edit: true that the 260 is much better than the 9800, but i would think ur current system is prolly bottlenecking ur card ne wai. so i'd upgrade that first

Thanks guys!!
id love to upgrade to the GTX 260 but if I do that then i need to get a new higher watt power supply and the email i got when i first clicked do the step up said it might take a few weeks to go through or whatever i dont want to wait!

I can play crysis n crysis warhead on maxed out at like 20 fps wonder how much better it will run when i get the new quad core pc!!

i get like 15-25 fps in gta iv im sure ill at least get like 30 now? maybe more?

Hopefully this has the right plug in for the power button for my pc
because I remember when i tried getting a new case for whatever reason when i plugged everything into teh right slots ina new case it wouldn't turn on but when i put it all back in the old case it all worked right

i know im not changing the case but hopefully it all goes well

I'm just now joining this thread.

What size monitor are you using?
What is your exact budget?
What do you need exactly?
What case are you currently using?

Sorry if you already answered these questions.
