LAN teaming question?

hi

i got an asus p5q delux motherboard with 2 lans, and i just found out they support "teaming". so how do i connect both to the router and configure them so that they do teaming. and will that improve my connection speed anyhow?

I could type it, but this explains it. And whether or not it will help you depends on how much speed your isp provides. You may get it all with just one card.
