Personally, I've never bothered with being "grounded" when assembling computers. You could use an anti static wrist strap or just simply touch the metal sides of the case before handling any components.

The Apevia is very well built case. I have built several gaming computers for friends with them and they are all happy. And it looks A LOT better in person than the pictures make it out to be.

would that video card run spore on high quality and i really dont need that dvd burner got 2 already

Spore actually scales pretty well,Aslong as you get a graphics card better than an X1650 (ati) or an 8400 (nVidia) you'll be able to run it on high.
