Well see how it goes. In the Air Force we are so short on people for Aircraft Mechanics it's not even funny. They got me working over time probably because we can't afford to pay everyones labor :/

I'm still a E2 which means so no matter how many hours you work I'll still get 620$ every 2 weeks. And work is atleast 9 hours a day...

Yeah exactly, Your right it's awesome. My planes are the KC-135 Stratotankers which is are refueling planes, so I get many opportunities to leave for TDY's which are like short 30 day deployments to go around the world so we can go refuel those jets in the air. It takes those jets atleast 3 refuels to make it over seas believe it or not. So I can be in Spain one month, maybe a few months later go to England. lol

Anyways, I like how Obama is spending our money on us. Its kinda like this one thing we learned in history class called socialism.

Truck drivers arent really paid too bad... But with the economy and gas, they get hit kind of hard... When gas is like $4 a gallen, it can cost between $500-$1000 on a fill, haha. One or two 150 gallen tanks... And then to top it off, a good 5mpg.... Guess that's what happens with you have a 16L diesel, lol.

yea, they pay isn't that bad for what you do, but don't the companies you work for pay the gas and what not?
