problem with fileshack downloads

so everytime i download a file from filesack it creates a file that i cant open with anything (winzip or winrar). I just downloaded a patch for world of warcraft and now i cant installl it when i double click it just gives me a list of programs to open with( all useless) how do you guys open fileshack.com 's files?
