RAM Speed Problem

I have the OCZ Gold 6GB 1600 Mhz kit, but it is defaulting at 1067 in my motherboard.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong? I also tried 1333 Mhz, but it still boots as 1067 Mhz, altough when I go back into the BIOS, it saved my choice, be it 1600 or 1333.

I also saw the ram voltage is defaulting at 1.60v, and from the specs this memory can go up to 1.65v, but I didn't change that because I saw other options in the same area about Vref CA and Vref DQ, not sure if I need to change that too.

Specs in sig.

Do you have power saving on? I'm not exactly sure why it's doing that. Try resetting all values and removing your battery for a few minutes.

I haven't switched anything to power saving mode

Why would the battery need to be removed? I takes any other changes I've done in the BIOS.

Please help guys.

Apparently the Bloodrage doesn't natively support memory running at 1600MHz. You'll need to "overclock" the system to get the memory to run at it's rated speed.

It looks like you need to go into the Quantum BIOS and set the Over Clock Phase Select to Enabled. Then you can set the CPU Clock vs Memory Speed to Manual O.C. You can then set the set the ratio between CPU Clock and Memory Speed giving you the correct memory speed.

Hey, thanks for the help, how do I get/set the "ratio between CPU Clock and Memory Speed"? My CPU is stock, I've never overclocked so I'm a little lost in here. Also, I wanted to note that I tried 1333Mhz, but the same happens.

Can you get some pics of your BIOS? I have no idea what a X58 BIOS looks like.
Sorry, I dont have pics, and can't find my cammera power cord, but some pics can be found in the manual:
