Elder Scrolls is a pretty intensive game, as you guys said... but I think he might be able to play it on the lowest settings... so long as he doesn't use add-ons, that'll just screw 'em over. =]

nope. even on lowest settings it will probably play at 15 fps max.

companies use the "minimum" requirements to drag in more consumers. if you have the bare minimum it will play horribly.

Update your video card drivers to newest and then move all your settings to lowest they will go.
