I think all of them should be both. You need two people to participate in the activities, right? Why not two to plan it as well? I hate when people just decide everything and not get the other person's opinion.

I agree that all of them should be both. In this day and age considering all the "Shake that ***" videos... chivalry is close to dead, so we may as well accept it. If a woman wants to use her body as a bargaining tool these days then all is possible.
