This motherboard has only 1 pci-e 2.0 slot, while this card

looks like it takes two, even though it only has one slot. Will it fit? Thanks.

Yes, that video card will work fine on that motherboard. It fits into one slot while the mounting plate takes up the next opening. It doesn't need a second PCIe slot to work. The mounting plate will take up the adjacent opening to the one the cards connectors poke out from.
