Dell Optiplex gx280

I have a Dell Optiplex GX280 which is about 1 year old. and every time i try to search for something on a search engine like google or msn, i get websites to purshase things. Most of the time it comes up with EDMUNDS.COM. How can i fix this problem. I think that it might be viruses but im not very sure.

PLEASE HELP!

sounds like spyware/adware to me. scan for everthing
