creating a forum

Im thinking of creating a forum.
A free one of course.

Grab hold of some free hosting, there loads of packages out there who'll give you like5gb of storage and a lump of bandwidth in exchange for a few posts to their sites forum or a single line text advert. Then get phpBB v3 and a nice theme. phpBB is the best free alternative to vBulletin available and it's constantly being improved.

Forums are very hard to start from scratch. A good way to do it is if you have some friends that can post to help you get it off the ground
