Intel D865GBF 2MB is out of the ram?

I have Intel D865GBF motherboard with 1GB RAM and it should be 1024KB shown in the dxdiag but it show that i have 1022 why is that?
my Intel extreme graphics of the motherboard i didn't use it instead i use nVidia Geforce 6200 256MB and the LAN and the sound i disable it from the bios why is that?

It's just the different way Windows and your BIOS recognize the size of ram,im also 2mb short.

so there is no problem it's normal in some OS and bios

Yes - It's completely normal for your computer to do it,my laptop and my desktop do the same thing.
