It starts with this thing in the middle east, or somewhere on that side of the world where two bad guys dressed as the good guys kill the good guys and steal their car. There is then a car chase with tons of killing that is ended with the good guys driving into the side of the bad guys car. Then there is a bomb. There is also a man on the roof watching the whole thing, maybe orchestrating it, I don't know.

There is an investigation that the US (FBI?) joins in and they have a really hard time being allowed to do anything.


I think will smith is in it, but I do know for sure its a black guy as the head leader of the group, and of the 4 Americans, one is female.
