Well, I've deleted a file long ago without using any programme, I deleted it and it went to Recycle Bin and deleted it again, I know it's still on HD somewhere. The question is how can I delete the file I deleted long ago (the one on hard drive)? the file is no longer on my PC. And those programmes delete the files that are still on my PC.
