Hello, any info you can provide is greatly appreciated.
Windows XP with Service Pack 3
I have no network connectivity.
When I go to Start, Run, "cmd", and type "ipconfig/all" at the command prompt, no ip information is returned. Only the text "Windows IP Configuration" is returned.
ipconfig.exe and ipconf.tsp both exist at C:\WINDOWS\system32
I tried replacing both without success.
I also ran the NetShell utility (netsh)to reset TCP/IP without success

No antivirus software or firewalls running. Why am I unable to pull up any ip information?
