16 bit Problem

when i open cmd and write edit ( for example ) this meesage view

what are you trying to do in the command prompt? You say edit, but what are you trying to edit and what result do you want?

edit: it is one of DOS commands, it is a window where you can write Batch Files for example

I know I can write batch files in notepad, but this problem doesn,t appear only for " edit "

it is for all 16 bit programs

I checked it in gpedit.msc, but there was no problem

I will go banana
