Configuring Startup Programs; infected by virus

I don't know the exact type and name of the virus that infects my computer, but I know it do infect and it was healed. However a part of it still remains, and everytime my OS startups it looks for an ipjxki.dll, which is supposed to be located at my C:\Users\(name)\appData\Roaming folder.

My OS is windows Vista Home Basic. What should I do with the Startup?

Scan your PC in safe mode and then do a 'repair process' from your installation cd at the next startup.

Download THIS Program and then find the Entry (The one that tells the PC to load that DLL) and then delete the entry.
